BOOKINGS

To secure your charter reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to departure. For bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter, full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Xendit, and bank transfers. Processing fees apply. Booking confirmation and valid photo ID must be presented upon departure. Guests are responsible for verifying all booking details before finalizing.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

One date change is permitted if requested at least 5 days prior to your charter date and subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days incurs a fee of IDR 1,200,000. Jet Ski add-on cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

ADDITIONAL / EXTRA HOUR FEES

Additional charges will apply if onboard time exceeds the agreed duration due to guest request or delay. This includes add-ons requiring extended service such as DJs or massage therapists.

CORKAGE FEES

Outside alcoholic beverages are subject to corkage fees: IDR 150,000 per bottle for wine/spirits, IDR 100,000 per 6-pack of beer. Guests may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations due to maritime authority decisions will result in rescheduling or voucher/refund. Cancellation policy: Full refund >90 days; 50% refund (or USD 500 min) <60 days; No refund <48 hours. Personal reasons or travel restrictions do not qualify for refunds. Payments may be held as credit for 24 months or transferred to another guest.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

All charters are subject to weather clearance. Rescheduling or vouchers will be provided in case of severe weather. Intermittent showers are not classified as inclement weather. The captain has final discretion.

DAMAGE

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the vessel, equipment, or property due to negligence. Boat Rental Bali reserves the right to collect and charge debit/credit cards accordingly.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for delays due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics). Obligations may be extended up to 24 months. Charters affected may be rescheduled or credited.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Weapons, firearms, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Possession may result in denied boarding with no refund. Boat Rental Bali reserves the right to inspect and handle prohibited items appropriately.
