Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all charter bookings with [Your Company Name] (“we”, “our”, “us”). By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Booking Deposits & Payments

  • To secure your charter date, a minimum deposit of 50% is required.
  • 100% of the charter fee must be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of the charter date must be paid in full before disembarkation.
  • No charter will depart unless 100% payment has been received.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Amex, Discover, and online bank transfers.
Credit card transactions may incur a processing fee of up to 2.75%.

Once the booking is completed, a Booking Confirmation will be sent to the registered email address. This must be presented upon departure together with valid government-issued photo ID.

2. Accuracy of Booking Details

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of:

  • Guest details
  • Charter dates
  • Vessel type
  • Charter package
  • Number of guests
  • Nationalities, ages, and add-ons

We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect booking details or non-acknowledgement of our Terms & Conditions, Force Majeure policy, or Cancellation & Refund terms.

3. Changes to Booking

  • Date changes within 7 days of charter incur a Change Fee of 1,200,000 IDR.
  • One (1) reschedule is permitted, based on availability, up to 5 days prior to the original charter date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Maritime Authorities

If the Indonesian Maritime Authorities (Harbor Master) cancel the charter due to weather or sea conditions:

  • An alternative date will be offered, and/or a refund or voucher may apply.
  • This decision is made 1 hour before disembarkation.

Guest Cancellations

  • 90+ days prior to charter → Full refund.
  • Less than 60 days before charter → Refund of USD 500 or 50% of paid amount, whichever is greater (processing fees may apply).
    • If the deposit is less than USD 500, the full deposit is forfeited.
  • Within 48 hours of embarkationNon-refundable.
  • No refund for cancellations due to personal reasons or travel restrictions.

Postponements & Extended Credit

For any cancellation or postponement reasons:

  • Payments made will be held for 24 months, transferable to:
    • Another charter of equal length, or
    • Any third party of your choosing.

5. Cancellation During Charter

If a guest chooses to return to shore after disembarkation due to sea sickness (when conditions are deemed sailable by the Harbor Master):

  • No refund will be provided.

Guests are responsible for taking seasickness medication:

  • 1 day before charter, and
  • Again at least 2 hours before departure.
    Avoid alcohol consumption 24 hours before charter.

If sea-sickness medication is required, please request at least 48 hours prior to charter.

6. Inclement Weather Policy

  • No charter will depart without approval from Indonesian Maritime Authorities.
  • Our captain and crew consider safety, route conditions, guest comfort, and local weather patterns.
  • If necessary, we may:
    • Offer alternative dates (subject to availability),
    • Provide a voucher for future use.

Note: Rescheduled charter dates may incur an additional fee.

Definition of Inclement Weather

  • Prolonged and heavy rain.
  • Light or patchy showers are normal, especially during rainy season (October–March).
  • Swell between Bali mainland and surrounding islands is considered normal and expected.
  • Final decisions regarding viability of a charter rest with our professional Captain and Crew.

7. Damage Policy

You are responsible for any damage to:

  • Vessel(s),
  • On-board equipment,
  • Business premises,
  • Vehicles, or
  • Property.

We reserve the right to:

  • Retain credit/debit card details, and
  • Charge or debit any amount required to repair damages.

Legal action may be pursued if necessary.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters,
  • Civil or military disturbances,
  • Fires or floods,
  • Epidemics or pandemics,
  • War or terrorism.

In these cases:

  • Obligations are extended for a period equal to the delay, and
  • Bookings impacted may receive an extension of 24 months after the event.

9. Prohibited & Restricted Items

For the safety and comfort of all guests and crew, certain items are prohibited onboard.

Prohibited Items Include

  • Weapons, firearms & ammunition
  • Marijuana and illicit drugs

Guests found in possession may be:

  • Denied boarding,
  • Have items confiscated, and/or
  • Subject to legal penalties.

Attempting to board with prohibited items may delay charter departure.

10. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the charter date and time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation.
Payments are non-refundable.
